It is not a space for parking. Parking in the loading dock is a violation of our Rules & Regulations.If the loading dock has been previously reserved by another resident or management, you and your vendor or contractor will not be permitted into the loading dock and will have to find street parking and bring large items/materials into the building using the ramp on the side of the loading dock. You will have to share the service elevator.You must be present for all deliveries; we will not store large items, e.g., furniture, in the loading dock cage.Moves/Staging take priority over other deliveries. If you have reserved the loading dock for a delivery and a move is subsequently scheduled for that time period, the moving truck will be allowed into the loading dock and you, your vendor or contractor may be asked to find street parking and bring the delivery into the building using the loading dock ramp. For longer reservations like demolition for a remodel, which have been scheduled in advance of a request for a move reservation, the move will be scheduled for a different day.All loose cardboard and garbage must be properly disposed of and removed from the loading dock area.A Unit owner or resident will be charged for unwanted materials that cannot be properly disposed of in the garbage/recycling bins and are left in the loading dock. If large items like plywood and wooden pallets, which commonly come with large deliveries, are left in the loading dock, the owner of the unit will be charged for having the CMI service division come and pick it up.
